Benjamin (Benny) Eugene Hefner Sr, age 84, of Beebe, passed away July 3, 2023, at his residence. He was born August 5, 1938, to the late 
Jack and Nina Hefner in Antioch, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife of more than fifty-three years Patsy Anne (Fisher) Hefner. Benny was a 1956 graduate of Beebe High School. He was an active member in the Beebe community serving more than ten years on the Beebe Public School Board, and a member of Masonic Lodge #145. He established and ran multiple businesses to include one of the oldest bail bond companies in Arkansas, Ben’s Bail Bonds, for more than forty years. He loved his farm on Bull Creek and raised cattle there since the early 1970’s. His greatest achievement and love of his life is his family! He and Patsy are survived by daughter Drenda (Mark) Stillman, son BJ Hefner, grandson Tommy (Emily) Edwards, granddaughter Stacy (Josh) Dorgan, and granddaughter Shellsey (Ryan) Hefner. Also survived by seven great-grandchildren Alexis Jones, Jackson Edwards, Allie Jones, Gracelynn Edwards, Autumn McKee, Messer McKee and Beckett McKee. Visitation will be Thursday July 6, 2023, from 9:00 -10:45 a.m. at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Arkansas 72012.
