Beebe Police Chief Wayne Ballew released the following information regarding recent felony adjudications in the White County Circuit Court. On 11/07/2017, Max E. Russell, 27, of Cabot entered a guilty plea to “Delivery of more than 10 but less than 200 grams of Methamphetamine”.  He was sentenced to 84 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.  On August 2nd, 2017, Russell was arrested by the Special Investigations Unit and pled guilty to Theft by Receiving (a stolen vehicle) and received a 24 month term in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. On November 7th, 2017, Brandon E. Donovan, 27, of Jacksonville pled guilty to “Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Inhale Meth”.  Donovan was sentenced to 60 months probation and fined $1,000.00.  The charges stem from a search warrant that was served on April 28, 2017 at 633 Glenn Lee Drive.  Donovan was in the home at the time of the search and was found to be in possession of glass pipe with Methamphetamine residue on it.
