Make plans to attend the City of Beebe’s largest event of the year – the 4th of July Extravaganza – beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4th at the Beebe Ballpark! This event is FREE! This year’s live entertainment will be provided by Brock Entertainment and The Brandon Cunning Band. The Beebe City pool will be closed during the event, but there will be three giant water slides to accommodate all ages! The ballpark playground area will be open. The City of Beebe will provide free ice cream, drinks and popcorn, and local civic groups and churches will provide free food and drinks to all. To avoid the traffic, take advantage of the free shuttle service from ASU-Beebe (Owen Center) to the ballpark beginning at 3:00 p.m. The last shuttle to the ballpark will be at 8:30 p.m. Parking will be available on the park grounds on a first come basis. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs. A spectacular fireworks display, provided by the Beebe Fire Department, will conclude the festivities after dark. Each year, the fireworks show gets bigger and better…guaranteed to be one of the best in the state! For more information, please call Kristen at Beebe City Hall – (501) 882-8135.
