What’s Left?

This week all the seniors at Beebe High School are looking at the end of their high school careers. Graduation is May 12th, at 7:30 p.m. at A.S. “Bro” Erwin Stadium. This is one of the nights that I always enjoy. It is really nice to see kids that you remember from when they were just babies – now on graduation night. That is one of the good things about being in a small town. You get to know so many people that you see from birth to – well – older age. I can’t say that I have known anyone here from birth and they are already gone. Yea! But it is a fun time of year for these young adults as they ponder where they will go from here. I say that – and they have been pondering/planning that for a few years now (hopefully). It is a strange time in our country and the global economy – so I wish all these students good luck in picking a career! I am honored to be able to share some of these great memories with you and your families as we watch you get your diplomas and go from here to great places! Now – go to your happy place! See you next week – at graduation!
