Council Approves Paving Two Streets; Hiring Two FT Patrol Officers and Two PT Patrol Officers in Special Meeting

The Beebe City Council Monday night in a special meeting approved  ordinance 2014-14 - an ordinance to waive competitive bidding for paving two city streets.
