Crazy Quilting Workshop
Feb 4th, 2010 | By admin | Category: EntertainmentCrazy Quilting is a popular past time that is enjoyed by millions of Americans today, but Crazy Quilting became wildly popular in the late 1870’s. On Saturday, February 13th, a Crazy Quilt Workshop will be held at the Lower White River Museum from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Crazy Quilts were made by sewing assymetrical pieces of fabric together in abstract arrangements. Today, Crazy Quilting is back in style! We will be learning how crazy quilts are made and each participant will go home with a Crazy Quilt block. Class size is limited, reservations are required.
