Workers Dodge Rain Showers as They Move Forward on Construction of City Animal Shelter

The rain came and went Monday and workers at the city’s animal shelter had to work on and off all day as they dodged rain showers. The concrete block walls are almost complete and the next step is getting the roof on. Completion is expected by December. (Photos by Lee “Cat” McLane)
