UCA Theatre will open its 2009-2010 season with an irreverent, hilarious, and engaging play by James McLure. Pvt. Wars follows three Vietnam veterans recuperating in an Army hospital. This uncompromising comedy observes the men as they attempt to resolve their own private wars.
Cast members include Brady Ness of Conway, Hunter Thompson of Greers Ferry, and Jason Elkins of Sherwood. The play is under the direction of senior Theatre major, Cameron Backus of Little Rock with stage management by Maho Nishida of Japan.
The play will be presented September 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 2009 at 7:30 pm in the Studio Theatre of the Snow Fine Arts Center. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance by calling UCA Ticket Central at 501-450-3265.
