Mass Flu Clinic in Beebe Set for Dec. 4th

Nov 25th, 2014 | By | Category: News and Features

The White County Health Department, both Searcy and Beebe locations, have now rescheduled their mass flu clinics from the earlier postponements.  They will be held on Thursday, December 4th, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm and will be located at the two local health unit sites.  The Searcy address is 112 Brantley Road, and the Beebe address is 306 N. Gum Street.

Any interested persons who wish to receive the flu vaccine should present themselves during these times, with their Medicare card, Medicaid card, and/or insurance cards if they have one.  There will be no out-of-pocket expenses to the client.  Children under 9 years old, who have never had a flu vaccine previously, will need to receive two doses and can get the second dose at the health department 4 weeks after the mass clinic date. Babies as young as 6 months can receive the flu vaccine.

If there are questions, please call Searcy at 501-268-6102 or Beebe at 501-882-5128.  We look forward to serving the citizens of White County and Arkansas.
