Beebe Woman Arrested for Felony Drug Charges

Beebe Police Chief S.Wayne Ballew reported the arrest of a Beebe woman for felony drug charges.  Erika Lynnsey Hawn, 23, of Beebe was arrested on June 19th, 2014 on a felony bench warrant charging her with “Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - “Morphine” and “Use of a communication device”.  The “Communication Device” charge was the result of the use of a celluar telephone in the furtherance of illegal narcotics

distribution. The bench warrant was issued after officers  of  the  BBPD  Narcotics Section accomplished an affidavit in

which Hawn was alleged to have sold morphine tablets during an undercover investigation which took place on November 15th, 2013.  Hawn was transported from the Beebe Police Department to the White County Detention Center in Searcy and held in lieu of a $10,000.00 bond.
