Fidelity TV Customers Can Now Watch on Any Device With TV EverywhereFeb 6th, 2014 | By admin | Category: Entertainment
SULLIVAN, MISSOURI, January 29, 2014— Fidelity TV customers can now watch selected channels on any device they own.
Fidelity’s new “Watch TV Everywhere” service launched Jan. 28, and is free to Fidelity TV customers. It will also include more than 2,000 hours of live Sochi Winter Olympics coverage.
With “Watch TV Everywhere,” customers can watch certain channels and shows on a computer, phone, laptop, gaming console or tablet (both Apple and Android)—anywhere they want to take it. If you can connect to the Internet, you can watch TV Everywhere.
That includes inside your home, at the office, shopping mall, hotel, airport, or vacation home. Wired connections and in-home WiFi will provide the best quality. The quality of “Watch TV Everywhere” programs outside the home will vary depending on the strength of the Internet signal.
To access “Watch TV Everywhere” channels, you must be a Fidelity TV customer and receive the channels you want to see as a part of your programming package. For example, to watch TNT, you must have MEGAView service (formerly Expanded Basic).
Current available content includes Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, CNN, Fox Business Network, Fox News, Galaxie Music, HLN, Olympics Coverage, TBS, Turner Classic Movies, TNT, and TruTV. Many more channels will be added in the next couple of weeks.
To register, customers should go to www.fidelitycommunications.com and click the link or go directly to www.fidelitycommunications.com/tve. Customers can also go to www.watchtveverywhere.com and select Fidelity from the drop down menu. Fidelity TV customers will need to enter their account number, found at the top of their Fidelity bill, taking out the four zeroes in front of the number, as well as the correct spelling of the last name on the account to register.
Once a customer registers and confirms via email, they are free to view content at www.FidelityCommunications.com/TVE.
