Beebe Police Chief Wayne Ballew released the following information regarding recent guilty felony pleas in the White County Circuit Court. The date of the adjudication was December 3rd, 2013.
Donald Raymond Harrison, 51, of England, Arkansas pled guilty to “Possession of Methamphetamine” and “Possession of Meth Paraphernalia”. Harrison was arrested by Officer Misty Goss on August 10th, 2013 after she responded to a complaint at a Beebe Motel. Investigator Josh Middleton assisted Goss in the arrest. Harrison was sentenced to 60 months probation on each charge which is to run concurrent and fined $1,000.00. Marvin Shawn Holloman, 30, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, pled guilty to “Possession of Marijuana with Purpose to Deliver”, “Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Purpose to Package Marijuana” and “Possession of Alprazolam (Xanax)”. Holloman was stopped while driving his vehicle on North Main Street in response to a suspicious vehicle call by Officer Misty Goss. Investigator Josh Middleton, Captain Eddie Cullum and Assistant Chief Ron Lewis backed Officer Goss up on the stop. Further investigation resulted in the seizure of 40.08 grams of
marihuana, plastic baggies, scales and 1.15 grams of Xanax. Holloman was sentenced to 72 months probation and fined $2,000.00. Forfeiture proceeding have been filed to seize his 1999 Lincoln Continental along with $296.00 in cash. A passenger in the vehicle was also charged with Possession of Xanax with court pending.
