What’s Left?

Well - here we are - just past Thanksgiving and headed to Christmas! Time flies - as they say!  This Saturday night - weather permitting - we will have the annual Chamber Lighted Christmas Parade. It starts  at 6 p.m. at the school and comes downtown - usual route. I am honored to be one of the Co-Grand Marshals along with Mayor Mike Robertson.  Again - weather permitting. Right now it looks at the very best to be very, very cold. So bring your plug-in blanket and sit in your cars along the parade route. If rain, sleet, snow - don’t know if we’ll have it. Have to wait and see. But it should be fun. Something I’ve never done.

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I did thanks to my sister and brother-in-law, both really good cooks! Thanks, Tammy and Jim!  It was fun but I ate too much.

This weather is so strange. Two or three days of really cold weather then back to the 50’s-60’s and up and then back down to really cold 20’s-30’s. I used to say it was just Arkansas but this is happening all over the U.S. Global warming or regular cyclical weather patterns?  Hard to know but the global warming issue is looking more likely to me at this point. But - not too much we can do but just accept it the best we can and go on.

I hope you all have a great week!  Go to your happy place!

See you next week!
