What’s Left?

This past week - Friday and Saturday - I was struck by the way so many people in this city care about each other. Friday I went to the Sunshine Rodeo at  Brewer  Farms. It was a beautiful day full of horses, clowns, food and just a fun time for kids who have special needs and don’t get to get out and interact with “rodeo” stuff. So many volunteers were out there to make sure everyone had fun and were safe while they were participating in the events. It is always such a heart-warming thing to see. If you’ve never been - you are welcome to go out and volunteer. (See story and pictures - this issue.)

Also, this past Saturday, the annual Fall Fest sponsored by the Beebe Chamber of Commerce was held. Unfortunately - the day was spotted by some torrential rain - but I believe they had a few good hours before the  rains came. But there were so many people that put in lots of hours to make the day happen. It is appreciated!

I hope you have a great week!  Go to your happy place!

See you next week!
