Beebe Police Captain Eddie Cullum reported the following regarding guilty pleas in the White County Circuit Court.
August 7th, 2013 - Jessie Lynn Green, 30, of Beebe pled guilty to “Domestic Battery in the Third Degree” and was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $1,000.00. The battery took place in the home of Green in December of 2012 and involved his son, age 8. Captain Cullum investigated the case after receiving information of injuries to the child by the Beebe School District as mandated by law.
Tony W. Dietrich, 44, of Beebe pled guilty to “Theft by Deception” and was sentenced to 24 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections, 72 months probation fined $1,000.00 and ordered to pay $5,100.00 in restitution. Dietrich was hired to perform home repairs on a residence on Goff Street in Beebe in June 2010 and was provided a check for $5,100.00 but never returned to do the work. A felony warrant was issued for Dietrich but he had left Arkansas. He was arrested upon his return in 2012.
Clayton A. Glasco, 33, of Lonoke pled guilty to “Possession of methamphetamine and D.W.I. Drugs” and was sentenced to 18 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections, 48 months probation and fined $1,000.00. Glasco was arrested after a traffic stop by Beebe Officer Steve Hall on March 13th, 2013.
