Guilty Pleas in Circuit Court

Beebe Police Captain Eddie Cullum released the following information concerning guilty pleas in the White County Circuit Court.

John R. Quattlebaum, 41, 104 Pineview Drive, Beebe pled guilty to “Violation of Sex and Child Offender Registration Act on May 8th, 2013. He was sentenced to 36 months probation, fined $1,500.00, $250.00 court costs, $250.00 DNA sample fee, $250.00 Mandatory sex offender fee, $20.00 warrant fee and $20.00 Booking/Admin Fee.  The case was presented for prosecution by Investigator Josh Middleton.

Sarah C. Ruffner, 28, of Beebe, pled guilty to felony “Theft by Receiving” on May 8th, 2013. She was sentenced to 36 months probation. Captain Eddie Cullum was the case officer.

Christopher A. Bolton, 29, of Beebe pled guilty to “Assault in the 2nd Degree” on May 8th, 2013. He was sentenced to one (1) year in the White County Jail. Case officer was Captain Cullum.

Timothy D. Brown, 49, of Searcy pled guilty to “Possession of methamphetamine”, “Possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia”,  ”Possession of a counterfeit substance purported to be meth” and “Forgery in the 2nd Degree” on May 8th, 2013. Brown was sentence to 60 months on each felony count which is to run concurrent. He was also fined $1,200.00.  The drug charges were filed by Lieutenant Brian Duke and Asst. Chief Ron Lewis. The forgery charge was filed by Captain Cullum.

Kristine M. Fisher, 38, of England, Arkansas, pled guilty to “Possession of drug paraphernalia to inhale meth”, “Possession of Synthetic Marijuana (K-2)” and “Forgery 2nd Degree” on May 7th, 2013.  She was sentenced to 72 months probation and fined $1,000.00.  The drug charges were presented for prosecution by Lieutenant Brian Duke and Asst. Chief Ron Lewis. The forgery charge was filed by Captain Cullum.

Justin David Cook, 20, of Cabot, pled guilty to “Possession of a controlled substance-morphine”, “Possession of drug paraphernalia to inhale methamphetamine” and “Furnishing prohibited articles into a correctional facility” on June 4th, 2013. He was sentenced to 60 months probation on each of the three felony charges and fined $1000.00. The case was filed by Investigator Josh Middleton.

Jordan Christopher Gierach, 22, of Beebe pled guilty to the charges of “Possession of marijuana with Purpose to Deliver”, “Possession of drug paraphernalia to package marijuana”, “Possession Promethazine without prescription” and “Use of a communication facility” on June 4th, 2013.  He was sentenced to 72 months probation on the three felony drug counts, 12 months probation for the misdemeanor count of possession of promethazine and given 30 days in the White County Jail. All of the charges are to run concurrent.  Gierach was also fined $1,800.00.  The charges were filed by Investigator Josh Middleton.
