Goff Announces for School Board

Clay Goff has announced his candidacy for Beebe School Board.  Clay, a lifelong resident of Beebe, desires to give back to the school that gave so much to him.

“Our public school system is absolutely the heart of our community, it is what bonds us together as residents and the reason so many other people move to Beebe. Our school does a great job of providing our students with the education they need for a productive adulthood; no matter what field they desire to employee in as adults, our school is providing  the foundation they need to succeed.”

Clay graduated from Beebe in 1990, then went on to obtain his college degree from Ouachita Baptist University.  Clay works at First Security Bank in Beebe, he has served with numerous organizations thru the years, including ASU Beebe Advisory Board, Beebe Chamber, Beebe Economic Development Council, Shepherd‘s Center of Beebe, and  currently Clay serves as  chairman of  White County Library Board.  Clay has been instrumental in the current construction of the new public library in Beebe.  Clay is very involved with First Baptist Church. Clay has two children in the Beebe School District, Noah, 13, and Avery, 11.
