You know him, you love him, you can’t get enough of him - yes, I’m talking about Beebe’s own, Cody Belew!

After the recent exit from NBC’s “The Voice,” Cody Belew has been experiencing a whirlwind of opportunities as his notoriety has soared since appearing on several episodes of “The Voice” and making it to the final eight contestants.

Last week he was contacted and asked to convey his experiences and feelings regarding his recent television exposure. Cody responded by saying, “I loved every second of my time on The Voice. I truly believe that my cast mates and I were on the show at the perfect time. I think we’ll look back and see that we took it to the top as far as ratings and, as a group, delivered an amazing show week after week. I am proud of the work I did on the show and am thankful for all the opportunities that it has brought me. I could’ve worked for 10 more years without even a blink of the success and push that this show has afforded me. My hope now is to use that momentum and to further my career into one that has staying power. I certainly don’t want to go backwards!”

“I’m currently working to gather new music through writing, co-writing, and sourceing songs. I’ve spent the past few weeks building my team of managers, lawyers, web developers, stylists and together we’re getting a game plan in place in an effort to take the next step forward. I want to make sure the album I put together is PERFECT before we put it out into the world. You only get one shot at a debut, and I want mine to be a successful one!”

We certainly appreciate Cody taking the time to remember his fans here in Beebe and we send our best wishes for a phenomenal success in the future!

Good luck, Cody!
