Judge Craig Hannah granted a jury trial to defendant Sharon Jones to determine the ownership of a $1 million dollar lottery ticket. The pre-trial hearing will be Nov. 27 with jury selection to begin on Nov. 30. The trial dates are set for Dec. 6 and possibly Dec. 7 - if two days are necessary.
The judge has placed a gag order on the case.
The plaintiffs in the case are: Sharon Duncan, Lisa Petriches, Luay Dujani and Summer One, L.L.C.
Judge Thomas Hughes has previously ruled on the case in favor of Duncan and later authorized a new trial and recused himself as judge.
