Coleton John Martin, 20, of Ward, was killed Saturday night around 9:30 p.m. at the 28-mile marker on Hwy. 67/167 when his Mitsubishi Lancer drove under  an 18-wheeler, according to a preliminary Ark. State Police report. Martin was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck, Johnny Bookout, Jr., was not injured.

Conditions were clear and dry according to investigating  ASP officer Trooper Chad Conder.
