The view of the grounds in front of City Hall Wed., July 4th, as activities began to get started. This editor was allowed in the bucket of the ladder truck of Beebe Fire Dept. to take this photo. It was about 70 ft. high and the only place where there was a decent breeze in the 100+ degree weather. With all the churches and organizations providing food and fun, and the entertainers and fireworks - it was a great day!!!
