Donald L. Oakley, 53, of Jacksonville, born February 19, 1959 in Beebe to father, Norman Oakley, and mother, Mary Taylor Oakley, passed away on June 23, 2012. Donald is survived by his mother, Mary, and his sister, Marilyn Seigrist.  Funeral service June 27, 2012 at Arkansas Funeral Care.
