Beebe Native Receives ASMSA Annual Academic Awards

Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts held its annual Honors Convocation April 28 to recognize students for their academic achievements during the 2011-12 school year.

Area students receiving awards include:

White County: Karla Morrissey – Humanities Department Junior Book Award, Outstanding Advanced General Chemistry Student, daughter of Mary and Grace Morrissey of Beebe; Lorenzo Sukhdeo – Arkansas Boys State, son of Nardeo and Nirmalla Sukhdeo of Searcy.
