Beebe Police Captain reported the following activity regarding recent pleas to felony charges and recent narcotics arrests.
02/08/12 Sammy S. Lee, Jr., 40, of Beebe pled guilty to “Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons-Convicted Felon” and was placed on 36 months probation. He was fined $1,000.00, $150.00 court costs, $20.00 booking and admin fee, $250.00 DNA Sample Fee, $50.00 Warrant fee and $40.00 Public Defender fee. Lee was charged after Cpt. Cullum found that he had pawned two weapons which were posted on the police department’s “Leads on Line” web site.
02/08/12 Logan D. Webb, 20, of Beebe pled guilty to “Breaking and Entering and Theft of Property” and was placed on 60 months probation. His costs and fines were the same as Sammy Lee’s (above). Webb was arrested by Lt. Brian Duke for breaking into a storage unit at 119 Terra Drive and removing approx. $1,000 in property.
02/24/12 Damon Z. Wiggs, 20, of Beebe was arrested by Officer Josh Middleton and charged with “Possession of Drug Paraphernalia”.
02/25/12 Miranda L. Sicking, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested by Officer Brett Shippee and charged with “Possession of a Controlled Substance.”
02/26/12 Hunter T. Wallace, 18, of Beebe was arrested by Officer Brett Shippee and charged with “Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of an Instrument of Crime.”
