Andrew Scott Washington Almand, age 20, a student at Arkansas State University at Beebe passed away January 13, 2013 in Simms, Texas as a result of an automobile accident. Mr. Almand was born October 9, 1992 in Thousand Oaks, California. He was a Christian.
