Bailey Moses, an ASU-Beebe student - Miss Metro - won 1st runner-up at  the 77th Miss Arkansas 2014 Scholarship Pageant Saturday night in Hot Springs.  Miss Ouachita River Ashton Campbell won the title of Miss Arkansas 2014.

Election Results in the Circuit Judge’s Race

As reported last week in The Beebe News, Judge Tom Hughes won re-election in the Circuit Judge, Dist. 17, Div. 1 race. The vote count was not correct but only showed that of Prairie County.
The actual vote - which included both White County and Prairie County was:
Judge Hughes - 5655; Carla Fuller - 5383 votes.
