Kathy Pillow-Price won the Beebe School Board election by 20 points over Dr. Robert Beavers Tuesday, Sept. 20th. The unofficial vote was Pillow-Price 138, Dr. Beavers 118. Pillow-Price won the Position 5 seat which was held by Robert Jenkins, who decided not to run for re-election.

Beebe Fire Department Purchases New Equipment

The Beebe Fire Department recently purchased new 5” supply hose. The new equipment will enable larger amounts of water at a fire scene, compared to the older 3” supply hose.
